Grading
Students will be graded according to 4 Math
Standards/Expectations (each counting equally):
- Mathematical Concepts:
this includes number & operations, geometry & measurement,
functions & algebra and statistics & probability.
- Math Skills:
includes correctly executing computations in all areas.
- Problem Solving & Mathematical
Reasoning: this includes Problems of the Week &
various problems that may be on tests or quizzes.
- Mathematical Communication:
this includes written and oral responses on tests, quizzes and
Problems of the Week.
