Welcome Science Enrichment
Throughout this trimester-long course, students will be studying oceanography. We will cover topics such as the water cycle, ocean currents and climate, erosion, sea floor spreading, tides, and ocean ecosystems.

In order to meet the school expectations of being respectful, responsible, and reliable students, this is what is expected of all everyone in science enrichment class:
Participate in small group and whole class discussions.
Engage in small group experiments, during which hypotheses are made and tested, and data is collected.
Put effort into completing all class work, and complete it in a timely fashion.
Show respect towards class mates at all times.
Work completion is essential to be successful in science enrichment. Grades will be collected in the following areas:
Knowledge of science content
and the scientific method
