Minutes of the May meeting were read and approved.

Treasurers Report:  Deb Swanholm

Beginning balance: $2,083.00

Ending balance: $1,199.62

Report reviewed, discussed an passed.

Membership: Francine Adamo

We ended the year with 228 PTSA members.

No Council Report

Correspondence Report: Jill Trautman

Mostly fundraiser catalogs.  A thank you note from Vickie Norris for our funding of the school newspaper was received.

Principals Comments:  Dr. Almeida

On June 6^th the 8^th grade will attend their yearend field trip.  Grade 7 will attend the Exchange City Project on June 9-13^th.  A meet and greet will be held on August 20^th for all students entering 5^th and 7^th grade from 9am-11:30am.   Locker night will be held on August 27^th for 6^th graders. 

Other Business

Julie Cronin will be updating our PTSA web site. 

Pam O’Brien will host the Bruins Night this year.

Joanne Woodstock and Kristy Nolan will chair membership.

Kathy Patenaude will love to see as many of us as possible attend the Town Council meeting which will be held Tuesday the 11^th at 7pm at the High School.

Ginny Lynch is looking for someone, or perhaps a couple of people, to chair the job of recording secretary for the 2008-09 school year.  The job description can be found in the PTSA by-laws.
