Mustang Team Contract 

Classroom Expectations:

q       Follow directions.

q       Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

q       Do not leave the classroom without permission.

q       Respect self, classmates, teachers, and adults.

q       Complete all work assignments.

Rewards:

q       Praise

q       Positive rewards

q       Special team privileges

Consequences:

q       Warning

q       Marks on class record chart

q       Note and/or call home and/or parent conference

q       Detentions for no improvement shown and/or severe behaviors

q       Severe behavior - removal from room

Homework Policy:

q       Homework must be recorded daily in the school-wide agenda.

q       Homework will be assigned at least four times a week.

q       Unless specified, homework is to be returned the following day.

q        If homework is not complete on the due date, a zero will be given. 

q       Late assignments can be submitted the next day for partial credit.

q       At the end of a trimester, homework is counted as a grade.

q       Any paper requiring a parent signature is considered homework.

Class Work:

q       All incomplete class work must be completed for homework and returned the following day.

q        If it is not completed and passed in, a zero will be given.

q       Unsatisfactory work that requires a parent signature will be returned the following day.

Absentees:

q       When students are absent, he or she is responsible for everything that is missed.

q        Students are responsible for make-up work when they return to school.

q        It is the school policy not to prepare work in advance for students who vacation during non-scheduled school vacation weeks. Vacation absence forms must be obtained through Guidance.
